Grok Bot is Cursor's multi-agent chat. Several specialists, one place you talk.

AGNT is the always-on agent runtime. You can run it on your own machine or on AGNT Cloud.

You already have a Cursor plan that includes Grok Bot, and a model provider you already pay for. The mess is not the models. It is the chat, the machine, the PR, the night it dies.

I stand one Grok Bot as the front door. One chat that routes the week. PR and CI work does not finish until review comments and checks are clean.

AGNT is the system. Annie is the agent on it. You can talk to her directly in the AGNT browser, or you can just talk to your Grok Bot chief of staff.

Grok Bot talks to AGNT over HTTP with a token, self-hosted or AGNT Cloud. Cloud does not need Tailscale. The AGNT desktop app still pairs via Settings → Connection.

Self-hosted on your Mac Mini or your VPS. The machine must already exist. I do not buy or provision it. Or hosted on AGNT Cloud if you have no always-on machine. Cloud is not an extra on top of self-hosted. A VPS is not a Mac desktop. Your model bills stay yours. Tailscale is only if you want your own mesh on a box you own.

Default we already ran is Claude Code. You can use another provider AGNT already speaks. I will not onboard a brand-new vendor in the week.

If you already own an NVIDIA DGX Spark, the week can include standing it up and pointing AGNT at it.

I leave a one-page runbook. Then I leave.

Optional: LocalJev for Spark, +$2,000 USDT. I install localjev-spark on your box beside a DGX Spark you already own, or one we already stood up in the week. Local System One judge plus a soft chat hop to Spark on ports :8090 / :8091. Point one client at http://127.0.0.1:8091/v1 as spark-via-localjev.

Not official TypeSafe Jev. Hosted TypeSafe Jev / MCP stays separate if you want that. Week plus Spark stays $10,000. Week plus Spark plus LocalJev is $12,000 USDT. If Spark is already in from the week, LocalJev alone is +$2,000.

If you want me after that: $6,000 a month USDT, four days, same rules.
