I sell one remote week.

Grok Bot is Cursor's multi-agent chat. Several specialists, one place you talk.

AGNT is the always-on agent runtime. You can run it on your own machine or on AGNT Cloud.

Where work runs

Grok Bot coordinates — chief of staff and bot templates for non-sensitive ops. AGNT on your Mac Mini does the private work: docs, minutes, scans, tenders, redaction, finance. Spark is local inference when AGNT needs it, not a second front door. Handoffs are task id plus status — not client file dumps into Grok Bot chat.

AGNT Cloud is convenience when you have no always-on machine. Private workflows should run self-hosted on your Mac Mini (or Spark). Regulated buyers: self-select that path.

You already have a Cursor plan that includes Grok Bot, and a model provider you already pay for. The mess is not the models. It is the chat, the machine, the PR, the night it dies.

I stand one Grok Bot as the front door. One chat that routes the week. PR and CI work does not finish until review comments and checks are clean.

AGNT is the system. Annie is the agent on it. You can talk to her directly in the AGNT browser, or you can just talk to your Grok Bot chief of staff. The week can wire CoS → Annie the way I already run it.

Grok Bot talks to AGNT over HTTPS with a token, self-hosted or AGNT Cloud. Cloud does not need Tailscale. The AGNT desktop app still pairs via Settings → Connection.

Self-hosted on your Mac Mini or your VPS. The machine must already exist. I do not buy or provision it. Or hosted on AGNT Cloud if you have no always-on machine. Cloud is not an extra on top of self-hosted. A VPS is not a Mac desktop. Your model bills stay yours. Tailscale is only if you want your own mesh on a box you own.

We use the model provider you already pay for, as long as AGNT already speaks it. I will not onboard a brand-new vendor in the week.

If you already own an NVIDIA DGX Spark, the week can include standing it up and pointing AGNT at it.

I leave a one-page runbook. Then I leave.

B) Week — $8,000. One remote week. Half up front. Settled in USDT.

B+) Week plus Spark — $10,000 USDT. LocalJev included when Spark is in the week.

LocalJev alone — +$750 USDT when Spark is not in the week package (your own Spark). Topology: see LocalJev paragraph below.

C) After — $6,000/mo, four days, same rules.

Optional: LocalJev for Spark — included when Spark is already in the week; otherwise +$750 USDT (your own Spark, or without the Spark week package). I install localjev-spark (Local System One judge) on your Mac Mini — not on the Spark — even if AGNT for the week runs on a VPS. Soft chat hop from LocalJev to Spark so one client reaches Spark through LocalJev. Not official TypeSafe Jev; hosted TypeSafe Jev / MCP stays separate.

You pay because the mess is the product and my name is on it. Helm co-founder is the warranty, not a tool list.

I am an active AGNT contributor. I already run this for myself. Receipts in the same Grok Bot chat.
